Kristoffer Lynds Managing Partner
Kristoffer (Kris) Lynds is Co-founder and Principal of Harris Commercial Capital Advisors. Drawing upon his extensive network of capital relationships and real estate background, Mr. Lynds has established a reputation as one of the pre-eminent advocates for real estate investors, agents and developers in Northern California. Prior to joining HCCA, Mr. Lynds was a Vice-President with the Countywide Commercial small loan program. Mr. Lynds opened the Northern California/East Bay Office of Countrywide's small loan program.
Mr. Lynds has been in the commercial loan business since 1989, working with Washington Mutual Bank, Commercial Capital Bank and Home Savings of America. He was Director of Loan Production at Washington Mutual, serving Northern California, and a consistent President's Club member. Mr. Lynds has originated and funded approximately $750 million in multi-family and $300 million in commercial real estate loans. He has established a broad base of strong capital relationships, including local and national banks, life insurance companies, Wall Street sources and private investors. He has extensive experience structuring and closing permanent, bridge, and construction loans, as well as mezzanine debt and joint venture equity.
Mr. Lynds graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in finance. He began his career in commercial leasing with Equitec Properties in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Lynds is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the Bay Area Mortgage Association.
He currently owns over 60 units located in Southern California, and commercial retail properties in Austin, Texas and Seattle, Washington.

Cindy Lynds Partner
Cindy Lynds is a Co-Founder of Harris Commercial Capital Advisors. She has had an 18 year career in Banking and Commercial Real Estate, and has had significant experience in all aspects of Real Estate. After obtaining her MBA from the University of Texas in 1988, she worked for the Prudential Realty Group in Newark, NJ, San Francisco, CA and Pleasanton, CA. She worked in the Portfolio Management Group, which was responsible for the investment of various State Pension Funds. She also spent over three years as a Vice- President in the Asset Management Group, managing a $100 million portfolio of properties in the Silicon Valley and East Bay. Mrs. Lynds also spent time as a Vice-President in Investments and Sales and the Mortgage Lending Group. She has worked with developers, lenders, investment banks, brokers, and borrowers in a wide variety of real estate transactions, covering every property type from Class A Downtown Office Buildings to Mobile Home Parks. She has been involved in the purchase, sale, repositioning and/or management of properties, in California, Texas, and Washington.
Subsequent to leaving Prudential, Mrs. Lynds acted as a Consultant to Bedford Property Investors (BPI) in Lafayette, CA for approximately five years. She assisted BPI in property acquisitions, loan negotiations, sensitivity analysis, portfolio analysis, and market analysis.
In recent years, Mrs. Lynds has taken time off of work to spend more time with her children, and to volunteer her time to her children's schools, church, and other community organizations. She has remained active in real estate markets during this time by continuing to take on small consulting projects, and by personally acquiring various real estate investments, along with her husband, Kristoffer Lynds. Mrs. Lynds will focus on Business Development and Marketing, as well as property acquisitions on behalf of HCCA and its clients.

Michelle Li Commercial Loan Analyst
Michelle Li joined HCCA in May of 2009 as a Commercial Loan Analyst. She has five years of major bank experience in commercial real estate finance. and has closed more than 200 transactions in excess of $200 million.
Ms. Li started her career in the commercial loan business in 2005 at Washington Mutual as a Loan Consultant Assistant. She became an Associate in 2006. In 2007, Ms. Li was recruited by Countrywide Commercial as a Commercial Loan Analyst, and along with her team at Washington Mutual, opened Countrywide's San Francisco office of its small balance loan program.
Prior to joining Washington Mutual, Michelle Li was a Vice Principal and teacher of United University Foreign Language Institute in Zhengzhou, China. At UUFLI she started and managed the Children's Learning Center and increased enrollment from 75 to 2,000 in two years. Michelle wrote and edited a grammar book and a pronunciation book for the Institute. Ms. Li is a native speaker of Mandarin.
Ms. Li is an active member of the Asian Real Estate Association of the East Bay. She is currently serving as the Vice President of Membership Services.
