During the first Quarter of 2010, we have seen the slightest bit of optimism permeating the atmosphere. HCCA has continued to steadily fund loans and is poised to quickly respond to the markets as they continue to recover. Currently, the company is carrying a pipeline in excess of $25 million, and has had continued success in expanding its Borrower and Lender bases. This past quarter, HCCA funded loans with two new lenders and has received several more approvals from Lenders to be included on their approved list of brokers.
